Download and re-install WhatsApp on your Android. Once done with the installation, follow the below steps:

Step 2: Tap Agree and continue.

Step 4: Now, enter the verification code.
Step 5: WhatsApp will ask you to restore the chats; tap Restore.
Step 6: Let the restore complete. And that’s it; now WhatsApp will have your old call history.
On iOS
Once you re-install the WhatsApp app on your iPhone, follow these steps to restore the WhatsApp data from a backup file:
Step 1: Launch WhatsApp and enter your number.
Step 2: Tap Done.
Step 3: Now, tap Restore Chat History. And let WhatsApp restore. Once done, you can access all your WhatsApp call logs again.
